   Aunty Kath's Cookie Dough
1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C for fan forced. Lightly grease tray or cover with baking paper.
2. Carefully cut open package with a knife or scissors. 3. Spoon or tear off desired amounts of dough and place on tray 5 cm apart. Bake for 10 – 13 minutes for a soft cookie of medium size (slightly longer for a crunchy cookie.) A medium size cookie will use around 25g of dough. 4. Cool on the tray for 2 – 3 minutes then enjoy!
