Bacon & Chilli Chicken Burgers

olive Oil
400g Chicken Tenderloins
4 rashers of rindless bacon
Jensens Organic Chilli
1 tsp honey
½ cup mayonnaise
4 Turkish bread rolls, split
rocket leaves
2 roma tomatoes, sliced

1. Heat oil in a large pan then cook chicken & bacon for 5- 6 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper.
2. Combine mayonnaise, honey and Jensens Organic Chilli
in a small bowl whilst toasting the rolls.
3. Spread mayonnaise mix on to the rolls and top with chicken, bacon, rocket and tomato.

Serves 4
