Extra Tomatoey Bruschetta

8 thick slices of day old ciabbata or wood fired bread
Jensens Organic Passata
Jensens Organic Garlic
3 Fresh tomatoes, diced
Fresh basil leaves
Extra virgin olive oil

1. Mix 1 cup of Jensens Organic Passata with ½ tsp of Jensens Organic Garlic
2. Grill bottoms of bread then spread uncooked side with Passata and garlic. Grill again
3. Spoon tomatoes on top of bread, sprinkle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper if required.
4. Pop a few basil leaves on top and serve immediately
