Chorizo Penne

Jensens Organic Salsa
Jensens Organic Garlic
1 Onion, sliced
1 Capsicum, sliced
2 Chorizo Sausage, sliced
Penne Pasta
Olive Oil
Parmesan Cheese

1. Cook penne as per pack instructions and drain
2. Fry onion and capsicum in olive oil until soft and put aside.
3. Fry Chorizo until crispy
4. Add salsa, onion, capsicum and garlic and simmer for 10 minutes
5. Garnish with parmesan cheese

Serves 4
