Easy Chicken Stirfry
500g chicken breast strips
500g fresh vegetables (suggest broccoli and cauliflower florets,
handful bean sprouts
Jensens Organic Chilli
Jensens Organic Garlic
Jensens Organic Ginger
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
1. Heat oil in a wok.
2. Stirfry chicken strips for 4-5 minutes
3. Add fresh sliced vegetables and stirfry for a further 3-4 minutes
4. Toss through Jensens Organic Chilli, Ginger & Garlic, teriyaki
sauce and the bean sprouts. Heat then serve with freshly steamed
rice or noodles.
