Easy Pork Stirfry

sesame oil
vegetable oil
2 small onions, sliced
Jensens Organic Garlic
Jensens Organic Ginger
500g pork fillet strips
¼ cup oyster sauce
500g fresh stirfry vegies (suggest broccoli and cauliflower florets and sliced carrot)
½ cup sliced almonds

1. Stirfry onion in a splash of both oils for 3 minutes.
2. Add Jensens Organic Garlic
& Ginger, then the pork in 3 batches, and stirfry each batch until cooked.
3. Return all pork to the pan with the fresh vegetables and oyster sauce. Stirfry for 4 minutes.
4. Stir through the almonds then serve with freshly steamed rice or noodles.

Serves 4
