Hot BBQ Garlic Prawns
500g peeled prawns, deveined
juice from 1 lemon
olive oil splash
Jensens Organic Garlic
Black Pepper, freshly ground
1. Combine juice, oil, ground black
pepper & Jensens Organic Garlic.
2. Dunk prawns in ½ of the mixture and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Cook on a very hot grill or BBQ plate for 3- 4 minutes turning
4. Drizzle remaining mixture on the cooked prawns and serve with
the fresh lemon wedges.
Takes 15 minutes
