Seasoned Rib Eye Steak
4 x200g rib eye steaks
splash of olive oil
Jensens Organic Garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
freshly ground salt and pepper
1. Combine all seasoning ingredients
in a non metallic bowl.
2. Add the steaks and toss
3. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least
4. Heat hot plate and then Grill or BBQ on medium high for 3 minutes
each side for medium rare or longer as required.
5. Serve with a fresh garden salad.
Takes 10 minutes, plus marinating time
